'THE IT KIT' is based on the live 5 week program, 'WORKING WITH IT', which has, since 1997, steered scores of sufferers towards freedom from the crippling effects of panic attacks and anxiety.

Participants of the workshops have achieved not only greatly decreased levels of anxiety, but also a far more flexible, responsible and relaxed attitude to life in general.

'THE IT KIT' has been developed to faithfully reproduce the entire 'WORKING WITH IT' workshop and to bring the full benefits of this comprehensive course to those who are unable to access regular counselling or who are unable to attend the live program.
